Interfaith Emergency Services provides emergency assistance to individuals and families who are in crisis. IES various forms of assistance to people in need includes food, clothing, and shelter as well as help with transitioning back into society and a stable life. Interfaith is located at 435 NW 2nd St., Ocala, FL 34475. We most certainly do appreciate the IES organization who graciously facilitated a temporary clinic service location for Three Angels Clinic (during our early development). The IES remains a supporter of our medical ministry even as we are now an independent clinic organization, and successfully operating on our own in a permanent service location.
The Ocala/Marion Continuum of Care fosters collaboration among the member organizations to provide assistance to residents at risk of homelessness and homeless individuals and families in search of temporary and permanent housing throughout the County. Our Three Angels Clinic is currently a limited partner of the Ocala/Marion Continuum of Care, which in addition to the goal of seeking an end to homelessness, provides referrals for individual support services, which helps qualified individuals become self-sustaining and live better lives.
Michelle-O-Gram is an organization set up in loving memory of Michelle Blauser Standridge to assist women who cannot afford mammograms. Michelle’s legacy is one of courage and love, which serves as the inspiration. Since 2009, Michelle-O-Gram has helped over 800 women to receive screening and diagnostic mammograms, as well as breast ultrasounds.
OxyLife Respiratory Services is a well known local respiratory and durable medical equipment provider serving a 19 county region in Central Florida. Established in May of 2002, OxyLife handles equipment such as Oxygen, CPAP, Bi-level, Auto Pap, nebulizers, commodes, walkers and much more. Their goal is to “provide people with a level of respiratory care which is unsurpassed in our industry.”
Three Angels Clinic is part of the Florida Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (FAFCC). FAFCC is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization currently headquartered in Doral, FL. The organization represents and supports Florida’s free and charitable clinics and networks through public policy advocacy, funding and resource development, knowledge exchange, data collection and research, and marketing.
His Compassion, Inc. is a faith based 501 (c) 3 charitable organization. His Compassion offers a variety of services to the community including a food pantry, homeless ministry and street outreach, clothing, a regenerative drug program, a re-entry program, life skills and job training, GED classes, and help obtaining IDs and drivers licenses. Medical care for some of its patient population is provided by Three Angels Clinic.
Open Arms Village of Ocala exists to create a safe community that treats homeless individuals with dignity and provides for their basic needs. OAV provides a full array of programs and services that the clients can use to move themselves toward independence. Programs at OAV include physical, mental, and spiritual program elements. Three Angels Clinic (whenever it’s requested by the organization), provides medical care to the residents of Open Arms Village.
Dr. Loren Ellis owns Grace Chiropractic Center, based in Belleview Florida. Dr. Ellis is also a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association and Florida Chiropractic Society. In addition to treating patients at her practice, she volunteers her time to administer chiropractic care for Three Angels Clinic patients. We value Dr. Ellis’ willingness to assist our patients.
The American Academy of Family Physicians Foundation advances the values of family medicine, by promoting humanitarian, educational and scientific initiatives that improve the health of all people. The AAFP Foundation’s awards and grants program supports and recognizes individuals and groups who are making an impact in their local communities, particularly in Family Medicine and improving the health of all people through various humanitarian, educational and scientific projects.
Diagnostic Outpatient Centers (DOCs) is family owned with four locations in Florida. DOCs services include MRIs, CT scans, ultrasounds, mammography, x-rays and bone density scans. DOCs of Ocala provides limited and free imaging services to the patients of Three Angels Clinic. DOCs of Ocala is located at 1030 SE 17th St., Ocala, FL, 34471. We express our gratitude to Chris Williams (Chief Operating Officer) and his team for working with us and we look forward to ongoing collaborations to meet the special needs for our Marion County residents.
Deliverance Outreach Ministries is an Ocala-based ministry pastored by Tyrone Oliver. They provide refuge, food, job placement assistance and as well as marriage counseling. The ministry is also part of Florida DCF’s ACCESS program which “helps to promote strong and economically self-sufficient communities by determining eligibility for food, cash and medical assistance for individuals and families on the road to economic recovery.”
